Snowdryft is a 6 year old, 16hh, beautiful bay may mare with serious potential for a RoR showing home or dressage diva. She has the looks and the movement. Would make a beautiful small hack. She also jumps for fun. Very brave over a pole. 

Will turn her hoof to everything and in the right hands she could go far in any sphere. Moves beautifully, has a good jump, lovely out hacking and is an absolute pleasure to ride.

She has three established paces and works in a beautiful outline. A very nice medium trot and canter waiting to be refined! She really is something spectacular! All the brains and the beauty.

Snowdryft has been introduced to fillers and courses. In the ménage, open fields and our little cross country jumps. She’s getting very brave but hasn’t done a lot in this area. 

Snowdryft needs a confident but kind handler on the ground. She needs space while eating (that’s her time and that’s fine with us) our confident school helpers can handle her fine. Tacking up, leading, grooming etc but she intimidates the less confident ones. She is however, a novice ride and has had our riding school clients ride her in the month she has been with us. She looked after each and every one even less confident riders. She would make a beautiful mother/daughter share but needs someone who knows what they are doing on the ground to keep her happy and bring out her full potential. 

Snowdryft has never bucked or reared and never gets silly but can be slightly spooky for first 5 minutes if full of energy. She needs someone who is confident on the ground and wants to have a lot of fun, she has been enjoying her varied work showing so much potential in all areas and seems to enjoy everything we’ve tried her with so far.

I would love to see her go to a competitive home where she will be able to reach her full potential especially showing or dressage but show me a horse who needs to prove herself at these things, she just wants to be comfortable and fed.

Snowdryft would suit an amateur rider wanting to go up the levels or a professional who would like to produce her further, equally she would love a family home that wants to have a fun horse to do all different things with. She doesn’t need to be ridden every day but is very affectionate after a good rode ️

She is a good, fun, safe allrounder, who hacks alone or in company, 

She is perfect on the main busy roads, quiet lanes, beach, common - walk, trot or canter; not strong or silly just an absolute pleasure. 

She does need a feed/lick to shoe (currently shod all round ) she is good to box, travel. She has to be sedated to clip.

Current owner had her on a yard with individual turnout and a strict routine. Since coming to us here she has been out in company with more of a loose routine and we think she prefers this. She has been completely relaxed when others are being turned out/ brought in but this was not the case on her last yard. She would get stressy around turnout time. Her current owner has spent the last 2 years carefully developing and strengthening Snowdryft and wants to see her matched with the perfect owner. We would love to keep her for our riding school as she is the quality we want for our riders to experience, but she is out of our price range. Her current owner would like someone to have her who is confident with TBs and is prepared to invest the time in her when it comes to her care as well. She would love to stay in contact and follow her progress. She bought Snowdryft from us back in 2022 and has always kept us updated on her progress. ️They have done fun rides and pole clinics together, had regular lessons and lots of hacks together. She has really invested in this mares education and it shows. 

She will continue to further her education with me and price will increase accordingly with her training and showing experience. If she is still with me, she will be attending an RoR ridden show in 2 weeks time. 

Snowdryft comes with her fitted saddle and is up to date on her vaccinations and worming. She is open to vetting; please no time wasters, LWVTB or payment plans.
