Tallula has been in the same home with me for the past 11 years. She raced as a 2 and 3 year old and has been with me since she was 4.

This girl is an absolute gem in every single way. Good to bath, clip, shoe and load. Will travel in a lorry or trailer and stand all day at a show in one. Has competed in SJ, XC, WH, dressage and has excelled in the show ring as an RoR and large riding horse. 

Her showing record includes qualifying for Royal Highland Show, Royal Windsor Show, RoR national championships, Hickstead, numerous wins and champion rosettes, Scottish Ex racehorse champion at Blair Atholl International Horse Trials. She absolutely thrives on an atmosphere and big shows do not faze her in the slightest. Always gives the judge a good ride and stands in the line up perfectly. Does not get set off when other horses are losing their heads in the go round or passing her.

Tallula has very lightly competed at BE80 and BE90 and has run clear xc every time. Has done unaff HT/ODEs at 80s and 90s. Jumps ditches, drops, in and out of water, brushes, keyholes and jumps off any stride and any angle without a drama. Settled and well behaved at stay away shows/camps etc. Will turn a hoof to anything, the perfect RC horse. 

Hacks out alone or in company. Will go first or last however, she does prefer to be out in front. Good in heavy traffic. Good in open spaces. Good with other horses. 

She does not buck, rear and she has brakes however she is absolutely NOT a novice ride. She can be sassy and sharp but never ever naughty with it. She has a big powerful canter which can sometimes feel strong. The worst she’ll do is bounce and you have to be willing to laugh at her instead of fight with her.

She is fantastic at competitions and always makes it an enjoyable day out. She very very rarely stops at fences and will take you clear around a XC course tomorrow if you asked her to. She is forward, bold and smart.

Lives in or out throughout summer and stabled overnight in winter. Will sometimes give you a run around for 5 minutes when catching at the start of summer when the good grass is coming through. 

Tallula has been an absolute pleasure to own and is only advertised due to a change in my own personal circumstances. This is an extremely sad sale of a much loved girl and has not been an easy decision for me.

She is an absolute dream and the kindest, most gentle girl with impeccable manners. Never bitten or kicked. Will stand all day to be groomed. Can be given hundreds of sweeties and will never get pushy no matter how many she gets.

I have thousands of photos and videos of her. Open to vetting. No loans or lwvtb. Full wardrobe included.

Tallula still has plenty miles left in her and is suited to a competition home.
